COMMENTS: Sick, twisty, and technical single track for advanced riders along the Moore Fun ridge. This a "Moore Fun" way of returning to the Kokopelli parking lot than riding east on the access road after an easy Mary's ride. Occasionally ridden as an out-and-back with more uphill riding east to west. Tight, tough moves required on the west end of this trail. The ride is described here as a Mary's Loop extension from west to east. Difficult when wet! STARTING POINT: From Grand Junction take I-70 to the Loma Exit (Exit #15). Cross over the interstate to the south and turn right on gravel road. Just short of the weigh station, turn left, through the and follow the frontage road for about 1/2 mile until you come to a the parking area. At mile 1.3 you reach the first lookout point on the top of the ridge. Continue down the trail to mile 1.9 where you reach the end of the ridge and start a steep descent back to the road where you started on Mary's Loop. There is a very sharp right turn at mile 3.6.
